In the Exhibitor Hub (on the home page in the Whova App), click on Exhibiting Booth Profile, and then click on the image in the upper left corner to upload an image of your logo from your device. This image should be a small image of your logo. Attendees will see this image at the top of your digital storefront, and on the list of vendors

The more content attendees have to look at, the more likely they are to make a purchase from your shop! Upload photos of your products, workspace, creative process, and anything else to sell your product!

In the Exhibitor Hub (on the Home Screen), Select "Exhibiting Booth Profile," and then "Upload Photo" or the right hand side of the screen. Attendees will be able to view, comment on, share, and like these pictures!

One of the best tools our vendors has access to this year, is the ability to live stream to the entire conference at a set time! You can do this by uploading a link to a live stream, or a link to a pre-recorded video.

To plan a live stream, select Exhibiting Booth Profile, in the Exhibitor Hub (on the Home Screen), and then select Edit on the Live Stream Information option. Here, you'll be able to past your live stream URL into the appropriate field, and set a stream start date/time. Then, make sure you post about your live stream in the community boards to let the attendees know when to tune in! Whova's livestream function supporsts Facebook live, Zoom, Google Meet, and more!

To post a pre-recorded video, select Exhibiting Booth Profile, in the Exhibitor Hub (on the Home Screen), and then select Edit on the Recorded Video option. Next, you'll simply paste the URL of your pre-recorded video in the empty field, and hit save!

Shops with videos uploaded get a special camera flair next to their name in the vendor list!

On the Exhibiting Booth Profile page, you can click Edit in the top right corner to update your shop name, and at the bottom of the same page, you can edit your shop description and contact information.

Descriptions and links used by vendors must all fall within Sunstone's Harassment Policy and Code of Conduct. Vendors that violate these policies may be removed from the digital symposium without warning. 

This year, our vendors can generate more buzz than ever by launching deals straight from their digital store front!

To set up a promotional sale, Select Promotional Offers in the Exhibitor Hub on the Home Page, and choose whether your promotion will be a Raffle, Giveaway, or Coupon.

Enter very detailed promotion details such as when you will draw names for the raffle, when the raffle closes, what your prizes are, and anything else your customers will need to know before they enter. Interested attendees will submit their names and email addresses.

You can view the attendees who have entered/claimed your promotion on that same page after the promotion is set up, and you can send them messages directly through the app with the coupon code they claimed, or more details on how to claim their prize! You can even have Whova email you a spreadsheet with the information for everybody who entered to add to your company mailing list, or to reach out to outside the app after the conference with details on claiming their prize or discount!

Stores with active promotions show up on the Community Message Boards for everyone to see, so we highly recommend hosting a promotion of some kind!

You can only host one promotion at a time, so be sure you set it up for maximum impact!
