Some of the things I found in Sunstone’s various closets were these short-lived Mormon publications.

Including the infamous Seventh Street Press (started by future Sunstone and Signature Books leaders), which made nothing but trouble on BYU campus in the early 80s. (And, yes, it was THAT Packer speech this issue is reporting on. You read it at the Seventh East Press first!)

Or, in the long-lived publication category, this one is a literary journal from BYU.

And this one is BYU’s sci-fi and fantasy literary magazine.

And this one was a BYU journal for Native American students.

And, finally, an issue of the journal of the Association of Mormon Counselors and Psychotherapists. Who, incidentally, were the main Mormon promoters of the idea that you could change a person’s sexual orientation with therapy. Maybe that’s why I found it still in the closet.

Stay tuned for some of the art I found in Sunstone’s nooks and crannies!
