In 2009, Peter and Mary Danzig decided it was time to make music. Rehearsing nightly after the kids went to bed, they soon made their first demo CD and formed the band, Otter Creek. They built a repertoire of American roots music and original songs with a special emphasis on the history of the Intermountain West. Their first album, Hunters Moon, has received international airplay and was #27 on the Folk Music Charts (February 2012).
