Description
In the dark and turbulent history of the Utah Territory in the mid-19th century lies the story of the castration of Henry Jones and the later murder of both him and his mother. The trial for his murder rocked the entire state of Utah. This session presents previously untold details of his story, involving polygamy, Danites, and the Mormon Reformation. Central to this case was the author’s own fourth great grandfather Jacob Hatch who was the husband and step father of the murder victims.
