Theology and Christology Through the Lens of a Little Couplet In the King Follett Discourse, Joseph Smith taught that God interferes in human affairs because: we are his children; he was once as we are now; and he wants us to become as he now is. This presentation will elaborate on those teachings and explore how they should affect our perception of God and Jesus, focusing especially on personal revelation and the atonement.
